Homewood AL – Pastry Art Bake Shoppe

A couple of days ago I was driving through Homewood Alabama and found a little piece of heaven on earth. Let me be precise though, the little piece of heaven on earth was not the place, but the bite of cake (or Baby Bites as they call them) that I put in my mouth. My first bite was of their Red Velvet Baby Bite. (Dennis Gregg, their General Manager, has been told its the best Red Velvet Cake in town, and it just may be!) The creator of this heavenly delights was the Pastry Arts Bake Shoppe. I have found out that even most of those who live in Homewood Alabama don’t even know they are there… yet!
