Last night we took our oldest to the McWane Science Center. It is one of his favorite places to visit AND he had been begging for it for about two weeks now… so we caved.
The McWane Sciene Center is also home to our only local IMAX movie theater (that I know of) and always has some special events or exhibits going on so each visit can be a little different than the list. They actually have a calender on their website so you know what is happening before you get there. If you live in Birmingham, or anywhere close by, it is worth the trip.
