OK, this is not my picture, but it is the ad for a photographer here in town that I HIGHLY recommend. She is Trisha Crain.
We, as a family, have already used her twice, and we have plans to use her again this year. She is very good!

School started this week (last week for some) for many of the school in and around Birmingham Alabama, so I thought I would do a series for the next week.
Back To School!
For a lot of students this is an exciting, for some not so exciting, and a lot of parents are feeling both ways too! So, today, let’s join Hewitt-Trussville Middle School, one of the Trussville City Schools, in welcoming some of you (if you call Trussville home) back to school.
Have a great year!
Saturday, July 26, 2008, Church of the Highlands (which is where we go to church) is participating in a massive undertaking (One Prayer) with hundreds of other groups (from our church) and more than 1,600 other churches around the world to make an impact in our world. Saturday, July 26, 2008, will be the day that you may see thousands of blue shirts (thats the uniform) serving in different ways around Birmingham Alabama. Another part of the focus was to help plant more than 500 churches around the world. A video list of the churches has also been made. Remember us in your thoughts this weekend as we seek to model the example set before us and bring honor to our Lord.

I had just turned off of I-459 and turned on to I-59 and was reminded again of the growth that the people who live in Trussville Alabama have been watching and experiencing over the past few years. The Pinnacle opened in late 2006 and has been growing ever since adding stores like Belk and JC Penney, American Eagle Outfitters, Portrait Innovations, Learning Express, and some local shops like A Rabbit’s Tale, Bama Fever/Tiger Pride, and Accessory Heaven. Even some restaurants are making their way up[ there like 5 Guys Burgers and Fries, Logan’s Roadhouse, and Red Robin. It’s easy to see how you could spend a day (and a lot of money) at the Pinnacle in Trussville, Alabama.
From Highway 11 in Downtown Trussville, down South Chalkville Road to Roper Road is the Trussville Country Club. Trussville Country Club started as a farmer’s dream which became a reality. It now has an Olympic sized pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and even more in the works. Member and Non-member rates are available. If you live in Trussville Alabama, you will sure want to check out the club and see for yourself if it has something for you.
* If you would like to be a guest photographer and submit one of you own pictures to here at Birmingham AL Real Estate and Community Pics, be sure to check out the details at Birmingham AL Photographers.

Continuing on during this beginning of June on our ”Goodbye for the Summer” series, we are saying “Good Bye!” to schools this week since summer is here!
This is Paine Primary School, which is part of the Trussville Alabama School System. If you happen to have a little piece of Trussville AL Real Estate, you may call Paine Primary School or Paine Intermediate School home for part of the year.
